Session Information & Policies

Thank you for choosing Fabi Rodrigues Photography.

This document outlines important information regarding all sessions, including maternity, newborn, and general photography sessions.

All images are edited according to my photography style.

This includes color correction, light adjustments, and light skin retouching.

Small refinements can be requested after delivery.

Heavy image manipulation (such as body changes, object removal, or advanced retouching) is not included and may be quoted separately.

Final images are delivered within up to 7 days after the session, unless otherwise specified.

Each session includes a set number of edited images, according to the selected package.

You will receive a gallery to view the images and select your favorites.

A full gallery upgrade may be available for an additional fee.

Extra images can also be purchased individually.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the session.

Please inform as soon as possible in case of any changes.

Cancellations up to 10 days before the session can be made without any fee (when no studio is involved).

After this period, the deposit may not be refundable.

A short grace period of 10–15 minutes is allowed.

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

Your images will only be used for portfolio or marketing purposes with your permission.

Maternity sessions are designed to be soft, natural, and emotional.

Partners, children, and pets are welcome to join for part of the session, creating meaningful and personal moments.

Outfit guidance and mood boards may be provided to help align the aesthetic of the session.

Newborn sessions are guided by the baby’s comfort and needs.

Breaks for feeding, soothing, and care are expected and part of the process.

The baby’s safety is always the top priority.

Specific poses are not guaranteed, as each baby responds differently.

For couple, family, or individual sessions, the focus is on natural interaction, connection, and authentic moments.

Guidance will be provided throughout the session to help you feel comfortable and relaxed.
